The City Managers' Training Centre (CMTC) was created in 2005 by Sri P K Mohanty IAS, Commissioner, MCH. It was designed as a Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) learning centre for local-body administration. It has been created with the support and at the initiative of Government of AP, Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, and Urban Development Authorities.
