trained all the Head of departments, on dealing with legal
cases. and acquaint them with the relevant procedures. Mr
SSS Bapuji conducted the 3-day training programme, 16-18 January
2007. |

Trained
ministerial staff with office procedures from 17 Apr to 5
Jul 2008 and 4 Sep to 19 Nov 2008. Retired faculty members
of DRMCR HRD I AP did the training. |

Trained
supervisory officers of GHMC in office management, 21-25 Aug
and 25 Aug to 26 Sep 2008. |

In
order to bring about a change in the attitude of staff and
officials at the workplace we conducted training in change
management to GHMC middle-level management staff in two batches.
The programmes were on 7 Dec 2006 and 31 Jan 2007. The trainer
was Dr O Vijaya Sree, CCDM Centre for Good Governance. |
| Motivation:- |

| CMTC conducted a training
programme on motivation on 22 Dec 2006. The objective was to
enrich the energy levels of GHMC officials. The successful programme
was enriched by the presence of the then Commissioner, MCH Mr
Sanjay Jaju, Mr Amit Brauh, Dean, IIPM and by respected faculty
Mr S Nanda Kumar. |
