A Public Grievances Redressal System, empowering the citizens to have direct access to the concerned officer and know the present status of their Grievance by giving the registration number given at the time of lodging their Grievance. At each stage of progress of redressal an email is delivered to the complainant to make the system entirely transparent.

Parishkruthi enables the top GHMC administration to watch the status of grievance redressal at any place and at anytime making it a powerful management tool for providing quick service to the citizens.

  • Quick: Response time to a grievance is curtailed to a great extent due to electronic media. An officer can refer to another officer instantaneously irrespective of physical presence in the office.
  • Efficient tracking tool for Heads of the departments and Commissioner as one can see the report on disposal of grievances online and take corrective steps if concerned officers take no action on grievances.

COMPENSATION FOR DELAY IN SERVICE

GHMC undertakes to pay a compensation of Rs.50/- per day to the applicants for licences/permissions/certificates who have paid fees/charges to GHMC for services. The objective is to compensate them for the loss of their valuable time and inconvenience if the prescribed time schedule is not followed by the officers/departments concerned. The amounts will first be paid by the Corporation and later recouped from the officials responsible for willful delay or inefficiency.
