have direct access to the concerned officer and know the present
status of their Grievance by giving the registration number given
at the time of lodging their Grievance. At each stage of progress
of redressal an email is delivered to the complainant to make
the system entirely transparent.

COMPENSATION
FOR DELAY IN SERVICE
GHMC
undertakes to pay a compensation of Rs.50/- per day to the applicants
for licences/permissions/certificates who have paid fees/charges
to GHMC for services. The objective is to compensate them for
the loss of their valuable time and inconvenience if the prescribed
time schedule is not followed by the officers/departments concerned.
The amounts will first be paid by the Corporation and later recouped
from the officials responsible for willful delay or inefficiency.
