After Scrutiny, The ACCP officer will forward the application report to Chief City Planner with his remarks |

The Chief City Planner again forwards the application along with his remarks to the Commissioner, GHMC. |

The Commissioner Approves/Rejects the file and applicant will be able to download the final approved Certificate/Letter through portal.td>
